TOMATO & EGG BAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
Cut tomatoes, arrange them on a lined baking sheet, and crack an egg in each tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes. Take tomatoes out of the oven, divide between plates, sprinkle parsley at the end and serve.
