PARSLEY, PEAR & BANANA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
1 small avocado, pitted and peeled
2 pears, peeled and chopped
1 green apple, chopped
6 bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup ice
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and pulse well. Divide into glasses and serve for breakfast.
