BEEF, TURKEY & ONION PAN
INGREDIENTS
1 pound beef meat
1 pound turkey meat, ground
A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
8 eggs, whisked
3 tablespoons ghee, melted
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix the beef with turkey, salt, black pepper and combine. Spread this on a lined baking sheet, shape a circle, spread the tomato sauce all over and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium heat, add the eggs, stir and scramble them for 5 minutes. Spread this over the meat mix, add the onion, tomato, and avocado, divide between plates and serve.
