HERBED BEEF & TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds organic beef, ground

4 cups beef stock

25 oz fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

3 zucchinis, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ yellow onion, chopped

½ teaspoon oregano, dried

½ teaspoon basil, dried

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

A pinch of sea salt and black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Heat up a saucepan over medium heat, add the beef and cook for 5 minute. Add all the other ingredients, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 1 hour. Pour the soup into bowls and serve right away.
