GINGER LAMB CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons coconut aminos

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

8 lamb chops

A pinch of sea salt

Black pepper to taste

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons ginger, minced

1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, mix olive oil with coconut amino, garlic, ginger and parsley. Season lamb chops with a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste, place them on preheated grill over medium-high heat and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Divide lamb chops between plates and serve.
